I'm an engineering-backed Product Manager with 8+ years of experience driving end-to-end product development, operational optimization, and data-driven strategy across digital and physical product lifecycles. My path started in graphic design, moved through product design, and matured into product management — giving me a cross-functional lens that few PMs get to develop. I've led and launched products across telecom, logistics, e-commerce, q-commerce, fintech, and physical consumer goods, helping scale businesses worth more than $150M.
I work at the intersection of what users want, what's technically possible, and what's commercially viable. That convergence rarely happens by accident, it takes fluency in the language of each domain. My Mechatronics engineering background gives me systems thinking; modern manufacturing taught me constraints; product design taught me empathy; and AI integration now lets me compress entire workflows into prompts. I integrate AI solutions and apply system dynamics to streamline cross-functional processes, spotting opportunities that get missed when teams stay siloed.
Currently, I drive operational optimization and digital transformation with AI integration for large telecom companies. I act as the primary link between technical teams and business stakeholders, making sure product initiatives ladder up to commercial growth.
